• Family annual Income Certificate in the name of father issued by Tahasil Office
• Form No. 16 (Only for SC / ST students)
• Father Death Certificate (If father not alive)
• Handicapped Certificate (for Physically Handicapped students)
• Student Aadhar seeded Bank Account (Any Nationalize Bank / Post Bank)
• Ration Card / Number of Child Certificate issued by Talathi
• S.S.C Result / H.S.C. Result  /  I.T.I Result / Diploma Final Result / Degree Final Result
• School Leaving Certificate (For Diploma Students)
• College Leaving Certificate (For Degree Students)
• Transfer Certificate (For M.C.A & M. Tech. students)
• College Allotment Letter given by institute (After confirm& Freeze)
• College SBI Collect Fee Receipt (SBI Collect Challan Copy not accepted)
• Hostel Certificate & Hostel ID Card or Room Agreement
• Educational GAP Certificate (If applicable)
• GATE Score Card (For M. Tech. Students)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES (STATE / CENTRAL GOVERNMENT / AICTE / DTE):

• Student should have Domicile Certificate for state level scholarship/s.
• Student shall link his / her Aadhaar Card number to the nationalized bank under NPCI portal.
• Minimum 75% class attendance is compulsory to avail Government scholarships or freeships during the academic year.
• Applying for scholarship on the online portal is mandatory for State Govt. Scholarship / Freeship or Central Govt. Scholarship.
• It is the responsibility of the student to apply on the online portal for State Govt. Scholarship / Free ship or Central Govt. Scholarship within 15 days from the date of starting the portal for each academic year.
• The student shall apply online for respective scholarship every year (for renewal) and submit the hard copy of the application with relevant documents to the Scholarship Section of COEP Tech for the verification.
• It is student’s responsibility to check online on MAHADBT portal for approved / rejected / sent back application status.
• To avail scholarship or free ship on MAHADBT, admissions under ST / EWS / OPEN / Minority category will have to upload an Income Certificate issued by Tehasil Office every year.
• To avail scholarship or free ship on MAHADBT portal, admissions under SC / OBC / VJNT/ SBC category will have to upload an Income Certificate issued by Tehasil Office and same Income Certificate shall be applicable until the completion of the course.
• If a student is a beneficiary of scholarship / freeship at COEP Tech then the student will have to continue the course and complete the course. If a student discontinues the course, then the student will be barred from the scholarship/freeship benefits at other institutions / courses at COEP Tech.
• The students admitted Against CAP or Institutional level or Spot round are not eligible for State Government Freeship / Scholarship. These will have to pay the full fees as per open category. (except Minority students).
• In case, if the Government do not sanction / reimburse any of the fees i.e. Tuition Fee, Development Fee, Other Fees or Exam Fee, then student will have to pay the non-sanctioned / non-reimbursed fees.
• To avail the scholarship or freeship benefit student should not have a gap / drop of more than two academic years.
• A student is entitled for any one Government scholarship / freeship.
• It is the student’s responsibility to apply for / submit caste validity certificate to avail State Government freeship.
