She has completed her PhD (HRM),MBA(HRM) , BE. Worked as Approved Assistant Professor and Associate. Professor with One of the Management Institute affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. Has a total of 17+ years of experience which include 14+ Years of Experience in Teaching and 3 years in Industry. Started teaching career in 2009 with Pune University which is one of the top ranked Universities in India. Published articles, Research Papers in Journals and presented papers in National and International Conference. She is UGC-NET Qualified Faculty. The Areas of Interest are HR and Talent Management. She has handled subjects like HRM, Strategic HRM, Management Fundamentals, Organization Diagnosis and Development, Organizational Behavior, Business Research Methods, Decision Science, Operations and Supply chain Management.
