Brief Profile

Dr. Kshipra Moghe works as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the COEP Technological University, Pune (COEPTech) since 2009 and is the Head and Founding member of COEP Wellness Centre “मित्र ” that caters to spread awareness and work for mental health and wellbeing for students, faculty and staff. She did her master’s degree in clinical psychology from SNDT Women’s University and PhD in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly University of Pune). She also did PGDHRM form ICFAI University, has 2 levels of certification in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and is a life member at the National Academy of Psychology (NAOP).

Being keenly interested in interdisciplinary education, she currently teaches Design Thinking & Industrial Psychology courses. She has been invited by several reputed institutions for talks, sessions, and expert lectures on a variety of topics related to design thinking, pedagogy in education, mental health awareness, managing emotions, counseling skills, confidence building & motivation, relationship management etc. Her recent teaching and research experience in design thinking has facilitated her to be an expert/keynote speaker and trainer in several FDPs and events at various reputed institutes and universities in and outside Maharashtra. Being at COEP, she finds a spectrum of opportunities to bring technology and behavioural sciences together and she is keen on exploring possibilities in this area.
