Important Notice for Newly Admitted M.Tech and M. Planning Students:

Report to COEP Tech University by physically visiting respective departments on September 9th at 10:00 a.m. Classes will begin on Monday (September 9th) as per the timetable displayed on respective department notice boards.   
       

        CAP Round-IV

• Candidates who applied through the Non-GATE Non-sponsored category are required to appear for UCET to get admission to the seats that remain vacant after CAP Round III. 
  
• Final  List of Non-GATE Non-Sponsored category candidates
• UCET exam is of Multiple choice type and candidates have to write the correct answer(s) for every question. UCET Question Paper has two sections namely on Applied Mathematics and department-specific, based on GATE 2024 Syllabus.

• Candidates who submitted only the receipt of required documents and have taken admission to MTech / M Planning programmes should submit the original documents on or before 29th August 2024 at 5.00 pm. Admission will be cancelled for the candidates who fail to submit these original documents before the deadline.  

       CAP Round-II

• Important Note: 
  1. If you find any corrections or discrepancies in the provisional allotment list(s), please send your feedback to pgadmission@coeptech.ac.in.
  2. Report to the COEP Technological University and confirm admission by submitting required documents and payment of admission fee will be from 19^th August to 21^st August 2024 till 5.00 pm.
  3. There will not be any more extension given for confirmation of admission.
  4. There is no scope for betterment in CAP Round-II admission, as this is the last round before the counseling (in-person) CAP Round III.
  5. Seats allotted in this round are mandatory to confirm and take admissions otherwise these seats will be considered vacant and considered during counseling CAP Round-III.
  6. Candidates failing to take admission to the allotted seat in this round will lose the claim.
