    • Central Purchase & Stores: Oversees the procurement of goods, equipment, and materials for all departments. It ensures proper inventory management, quality checks, and timely distribution of resources to support academic and administrative activities.

    • Establishment Section: Handles all human resource matters related to teaching and non-teaching staff, including recruitment, service records, promotions, retirements, and policy compliance.

    • Examination Section: Responsible for conducting university examinations, maintaining assessment records, issuing mark sheets and certificates, and ensuring smooth evaluation processes as per academic regulations.

    • Gymkhana Section: Encourages student participation in sports, cultural, and extracurricular activities. It manages facilities and events that promote holistic development and community engagement.

    • Scholarship Section: Facilitates the distribution of scholarships and financial aid from various government and private schemes. It ensures eligible students receive timely support to continue their education without financial barriers.

    • Student Section: Manages student-related services such as admissions, registration, academic records, ID issuance, and grievance handling. It acts as a bridge between the students and the university administration.
