Personality Grooming
Workshops on Personality Grooming and self-awareness for MBA Students with the aim of equipping students with essential skills and insights necessary for their personal and professional development.
Significance:
The program was designed to encompass various aspects of personal growth, including self-discovery, effective communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
This session was taken for students to enhance their personality and to aware those about the potential each one of them possess.
Theme:
Trainer emphasized on getting to know the personality and the potential and motivated the students for the same. He did conduct various short activities to engage the students and letting them know each other better. He interacted with the students and answered the queries of the student.
