    The Corporate Relations Team (CRT) at the Department of Management Studies, COEP Technological University, serves as the pivotal bridge between our student community and the corporate world. With a strategic focus on building meaningful partnerships and fostering professional growth, CRT actively engages with leading corporates through Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring effective outreach, dynamic content generation, and innovative branding.
    CRT takes pride in a structured approach to corporate engagement, knowledge sharing, and student development through the following core initiatives:

    Social Media Branding
    – Enhancing our digital presence on LinkedIn and Instagram by reaching out to and engaging with corporates, industry professionals, and academic partners.
    – Crafting and curating impactful content that highlights student achievements, departmental events, and strategic collaborations such as Internship Diaries and Student Achievements.
    – Developing creative branding strategies to establish a strong online presence and effectively communicate CRT’s mission and initiatives.

    Data Insights & Tracking
    – Maintaining comprehensive records of academic and non-academic competitions to monitor student involvement and track performance metrics.
    – Providing curated list of opportunities in the profile enhancement space by focusing Workshop opportunities to tap into industrial hands-on knowledge and Competition opportunities that focuses on industry readiness.
    – Documenting student achievements across events to celebrate success stories and motivate continued excellence.

    Guest Lectures & Knowledge Sharing
    – Organizing guest lectures with esteemed industry professionals to provide students with firsthand industry insights and valuable networking opportunities.
    – Curating insightful book reviews to foster intellectual growth and promote a culture of continuous learning among students.

    Student Engagement & Development
    – Conducting enterprise analysis presentations to enhance students’ practical knowledge and understanding of real-world business dynamics.
    – Assessing value papers created by students, encouraging critical thinking, analytical skills, and application-based learning.

    Finance Club Committee

    Guided by the principle of “वित्तंविद्याधनंसर्वम” (vittāṁvidhyādhanaṁsarvam), we ardently embrace the notion that financial knowledge stands as the quintessential form of wealth. The Finance team, a dynamic and student-driven initiative, is committed to fostering a profound enthusiasm for finance and bridging the chasm that often separates academic learning from the corporate arena.

    Our objective is to fortify students’ financial acumen, equipping them with the necessary skills to seamlessly transition into the corporate landscape. This mission is diligently pursued through an array of meticulously designed activities, including news analyses, in-depth evaluations of specific industry sectors, and comprehensive examinations of various roles within the financial realm. These initiatives function as invaluable educational instruments, enlightening students about the intricate facets of the financial domain.

    In our pursuit of holistic financial education, we are actively devising plans to provide students with live projects that afford them hands-on experience with financial software, tools, and techniques. This practical exposure is envisioned to be instrumental in enhancing their readiness for career placements, preparing each student to excel in the financial domain and navigate its complexities with confidence.

     

    Alumni Engagement Committee

    The Alumni Engagement Centre is a multifaceted department within the Department of Management Studies that actively promotes and coordinates training programs for alumni, working in close partnership with the university’s alumni association. Its scope extends beyond training to encompass comprehensive support and guidance for graduates, fostering a lifelong connection with their academic institution.

    This center not only offers professional development workshops but also provides personalized guidance to help alumni navigate their career paths and personal development. Whether through one-on-one counseling, resume reviews, or mentorship programs, alumni receive the necessary support to excel in their professional lives.

    In addition, the Alumni Engagement Centre often embraces modern communication channels by hosting podcasts and webinars. These platforms allow alumni to access valuable insights, industry trends, and success stories shared by fellow alumni, faculty, and industry experts. The podcast series, in particular, serves as an engaging and convenient way for graduates to stay connected, learn, and grow within the university community, ensuring that their educational journey continues long after they’ve received their degrees.

     

    Placement Committee

    The placement committee of the COEP Tech’s Management Department is responsible for facilitating the recruitment of MBA students in top companies across various industries. Our student-driven committee works closely with our valued corporate partners to understand their hiring needs and ensure that students are prepared for the job market.

    Our placement committee offers a range of services to students, including:

    • Career counseling: The placement committee provides students with career counseling to help them identify their career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
    • Mock interviews: The placement committee conducts mock interviews with students to help them prepare for real-world job interviews.
    • Pre-placement training: The placement committee offers pre-placement training to students on a variety of topics, such as aptitude testing, interview skills, and resumes writing.
    • The placement committee is responsible for maintaining a strong network of corporate partners across various industries. This network allows the committee to provide students with a wide range of job opportunities.
